Anne Hathaway Duped By Her Shady Ex

Poor Anne Hathaway. The girl with the spotless Hollywood reputation was just a tad too trusting, and now her love life’s been smashed to pieces in front of the whole world.
Anne is People magazine’s main focus this week, as friends of the actress say that she was just blinded by her love for alleged con man Raffaello Follieri, never really seeing the shady business he was involved in. “You can say what you want about it, but we just love each other,” Anne had told the mag back in 2006, of her relationship.
“She’s a sweet girl, and he seemed like the right kind of guy,” says a friend of Anne’s said. “At the end of the day, could she tell you that he was a dirty dealer? No way.”
Raffaello was arrested last month, just after he and Anne split, on charges of wire-fraud conspiracy and money laundering. Sources say once she heard that his charitable foundation was under investigation by the New York State attorney general for tax irregularities, Anne bailed. “That was the last straw.”
Let’s look ahead and match Anne up with one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors. She’s 25 — who would be a good match? Someone mature, with their head on straight — a do-gooder. Suggestions?

Cute Couple of the Day: Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos

Should we be surprised that, after 12 years of marriage and three kids, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos still want to steal kisses during lunch?
No way — they are both still so ridiculously hot! Who wouldn’t want to kiss either one of them?
The happily-marrieds shared a nice meal at NYC’s Pastis, in between lovin’ all up on one another.

Pete Wentz Kisses (Guys) & Tells

Pete Wentz may be married to the very feminine and pregnant Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, but the Fall Out Boy rocker is not denying that he’s experimented with men – he’s just saying it was a long time ago. And he does love John Mayer.
“Probably when I was 22?” Pete, now 28, says of the last time he hooked up with a guy.
“When I said that I make out with dudes, there was a slight sense of sexual rebellion in that,” he tells the new issue of Out. “And I probably even made it a bigger deal than it was.
So, is he bi-sexual? “I’ve always felt this relentless heterosexual drive,” Pete said. “Our culture bombards us with this idea that you’re not that, and if you are that, there’s something wrong with you, and then we’re going to call you that, and then it’s an insult.”
But Pete does think that the times are a-changing and, that soon, no matter what your preference, we are all going to be much more tolerant of each other.
“The actual acceptance of gay marriage is inevitable,” the dad-to-be says. “It’s just like how the next generation of kids are going to all have tattoos.”
I’m cool with that, but are all the boys going to start wearing Guy-liner? Because my son is going to have to get his own.

Amanda Seyfried On Lindsay Lohan: "A Little Nuts"
Remember yesterday when I said I didn’t care that Amanda Seyfried was on the cover of Vanity Fair‘s “Hollywood’s New Wave” issue?
Well, I’m changing my mind. As we get to know more about the star of the upcoming version of Mama Mia! (which I’m totally psyched for, by the way), Amanda is scoring some major points.
Take, for instance, what she says about Lindsay Lohan, who was her co-star in Mean Girls.
“Lindsay was great on Mean Girls,” Amanda told the new issue of Teen Vogue. “I think that was before she got a little nuts.”
Ha! Love it.
“I’ve met some people who are just so freaking distraught and who don’t know how to handle it,” she says of some young stars in the limelight. ”And I’ve met some [others] who have their head on straight and are really happy. You try to stick around them.”
“I kind of don’t expect some of these girls, who’ve been working since they were two, to be sane. This business is just weird when you’re young.”
That’s right, Linds — she’s calling you insane. Fight, fight, fight….
